We try to schedule our business clients early in the day and our residential clients are scheduled in the afternoon and early evenings. We do this to ensure you have a chance to discuss any issues or needs face to face with our team members. We like to do all make ups due to severe weather on Saturday and as an absolute last resort Sunday if needed.
